Hey Wags,
Just catching up on a few of the podcasts,
Interesting point raised by Oyster on the Obama campaign here and the lack of tweets since the election end, I looked up the Obama facebook page however and that’s still being updated (just posted a video to the Iran wishing them a happy new-year interesting shift in political approach from the Whitehouse). Has this move off twitter been more about selecting an appropriate social media channel for the message and the users?
While running in the campaign use twitter to provide regular and frequent updates to followers in the lead up to the election,
After the election post less frequent but more detailed information on facbook and let the users decide if they want to visit the page
